API Key Manager ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our application.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal information to our servers. The app operates entirely on your device and, optionally, through your personal iCloud account.

Data Storage

All credentials and sensitive information you store in API Key Manager are:

  • Stored locally on your device using Apple's secure Keychain
  • Encrypted using industry-standard encryption
  • Protected by your device's biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID) or passcode

iCloud Sync (Optional Feature)

If you choose to enable iCloud Sync (available as an in-app purchase):

  • Your data is synced through your personal iCloud account
  • Data is encrypted end-to-end by Apple's iCloud infrastructure
  • We never have access to your iCloud data
  • You can disable sync at any time in the app settings

Third-Party Services

API Key Manager does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share your data with any third parties.

Data Security

Your security is our priority:

  • All sensitive data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
  • Biometric authentication is required to access your vault
  • No data is transmitted to external servers
  • The app does not have network access except for iCloud sync (if enabled)

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

  • Access: All your data is visible within the app
  • Delete: You can delete any or all credentials at any time
  • Export: Your data remains on your device and in your iCloud account

Children's Privacy

API Key Manager does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is intended for general audiences managing API credentials.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
